Start off your week with a prep hour!
This doesn't actually have to be an entire hour, but carve out some time on Sunday night or Monday morning to fill out your schedule for the week. This will help you be more productive and ensure all tasks are assigned a time and accomplished on time. You'll also know when and when you don't have time to be scrolling through your TikTok feed. Monitor your screen time with the activity apps! Set a goal for yourself each week to make more time with yourself and less time with your screen. This can be accomplished by setting time limits, content blockers, and downtime schedules. During your time turning off you can do things like: workout, cook a healthy meal, schedule a date with friends, visit a family member, or work on your talents! Action Step 1 - When?! |
